Hi, I'm Lisa Camooso Miller, Host of the Friday Reporter Podcast

This is my Story

I've been in the public affairs biz for the past twenty years in local, state and federal government posts, political campaigns and committees, as well as advocacy organizations. I regularly provide commentary in print, radio and television. I'm the creator and host of the podcast, “The Friday Reporter.” 

I served as the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity as head of media affairs and built a targeted nationwide outreach program for members of the media and public during the 2010 and 2012 election cycles.

I served as deputy communications director for the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and the U.S. Speaker of the House of Representatives and also served as the head of communications for the Republican National Committee.

Prior to my time in Washington, D.C., I served under two New Jersey governors, where I participated in the recovery and rebuilding efforts following the attacks of September 11th. I served as political director of the N.J. state Republican party during the 2000 election cycle. 

I'm a native of Asbury Park, New Jersey. I hold an M.A. in corporate and public communications from Monmouth University and a B.A. in communications from The College of New Jersey.
